Let's face it. We love technology. That's why we do what we do. But there's some technology that we really love.

  • Apple computers. Whenever we can, we encourage our clients to pick Apples. Sure, they're more expensive to buy, but they're also a lot less trouble-prone. They save our clients money in on-going support and they're just so nice to use.
  • Google Apps for Business. If you've used GMail and like it, you'll love Google Apps. All the yummy goodness of GMail, Google Docs, Contacts, super effective spam filtering, etc., etc. all with your own corporate branding and domain name for a nice low annual per user fee.
  • Logmein and Join.me. These people make remote access and screen sharing easy as pie and for most users, it's um, free.
  • Dropbox. 2 GB of free online storage that automatically synchronizes between all your computers and is accessible from any web browser. More storage is affordable. File servers? How twentieth century!
  • RingCentral. Business class cloud-based phone system. All the functionality, none of the fuss!
  • Evernote. Notes, business cards, photos, everything goes into Evernote and Evernote goes everywhere we need it to go. What did we do before they invented this?
  • Chromebooks. Industry insiders don't get Chromebooks. Instant on, 8.5 hour battery, always secure, fully interchangeable workstations? We GET it.
  • Fujitsu ScanSnap. These scanners scan double-sided in one fast pass, create searchable Adobe Acrobat files, and they integrate beautifully with Evernote. We'll probably never have a paperless office but these scanners will clean up your desk and let you find your stuff when you need it.
  • Squarespace. Ease of use, beautiful designs, eminently reasonable pricing and great performance and support. Who could ask for anything more?
